How to Order

We try our best to make your shopping experience with us an easy and happy one. Please address all enquiries and agree to all the terms and conditions before making a purchase. Just follow the simple steps as stated below in placing an order:


Step 1: Browse & choose.

Browse through our catalog and make selection.


Step 2: Fill in the order form.

For fabric pre-orders, kindly fill in the Fabric Pre-Order Form.

For ready-to-ship items, kindly fill in the Order Form.


Step 3: Make payment via online transfer/cash deposit.

We will process your order and issue a Request for Payment via email. Payment is to be made to our Maybank account via Online Transfer / Cash Deposit.


Step 4: Fill in the bank transfer reference form.

Kindly fill in the Bank Transfer Reference Form and/or email us your bank transaction slip once payment has been made.


Step 5: Confirmation of order.

For ready-to-ship items, full payment and bank transfer reference details must be made and submitted within three (3) business days from the date the Request for Payment is issued.

For fabric pre-orders, full payment and bank transfer reference details must be made and submitted by 10pm on the closing date of the pre-order, unless otherwise stated.

Once payment is cleared, we will then proceed to process your order for shipping.

Step 6: Track your order.

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will be notified once we ship your order out.
